Returns procedure

The withdrawal period is 14 days.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.

The withdrawal request must be made using the method of your choice (telephone, email, letter, withdrawal form appearing on our site, etc.) and must be unambiguous, clearly stating your decision to withdraw.

Customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to return their purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the total order amount as administrative fees. By confirming your purchase, you agree to theses terms.

The refund is made within 14 days after we have been informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. We may possibly withhold reimbursement until recovery of the goods, or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the goods.

The company makes the refund using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, except with the express consent of the consumer for another means of payment and provided that the refund does not incur any costs for the consumer.

The product must be returned in new condition showing no signs of wear or modification.

Returns must be sent to our store address: "Chaussée de Waterloo 922, 1000 Brussels, Belgium", mentioning the name of the manager: "Grégory Bouvÿ".

We will make the full and immediate refund if the product ordered on the site is out of stock, which is possible in the event that the site manager has not updated the site's stock in real time, it is therefore we advise you to call us before ordering to ensure that the product is still in stock.
